  kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 4 to 7 ft. For the Gale
  Warning, northeast winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt
  and seas 7 to 10 ft expected.
* WHERE...Coastal waters from Cape May NJ to Cape Henlopen DE
  out 20 nm and Coastal waters from Cape Henlopen to Fenwick
  Island DE out 20 nm.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 6 PM EDT this
  evening. For the Gale Warning, from 6 PM this evening to 6 PM
  EDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for hazardous conditions.

High pressure over the area departs later today. A cold front
moves through the region tonight, and then broad high pressure
builds down from eastern Canada through the weekend. Several
tropical systems over the western Atlantic ocean will remain
away from the Mid- Atlantic coast.

6 ft. Wave Detail: SE 6 ft at 15 seconds and E 4 ft at 5 seconds.
TONIGHT
NE winds 20 to 25 kt, increasing to 25 to 30 kt after
midnight. Seas 5 to 8 ft, building to 7 to 10 ft after midnight.
Wave Detail: NE 7 ft at 6 seconds and SE 6 ft at 15 seconds,
