* WHAT...Northeast winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and
  seas 11 to 16 ft.
* WHERE...Coastal waters from Little Egg Inlet to Great Egg
  Inlet NJ out 20 nm, Coastal waters from Great Egg Inlet to
  Cape May NJ out 20 nm, Coastal waters from Cape May NJ to Cape
  Henlopen DE out 20 nm and Coastal waters from Cape Henlopen to
  Fenwick Island DE out 20 nm.
* WHEN...Until 6 PM EDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A break in gale force winds are expected
  later today before gale force winds return late tonight into
  Tuesday.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for hazardous conditions.

ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...
A coastal storm will continue to affect the region through
today, bringing significant impacts to the coastal areas.
Improving conditions expected by Tuesday as the storm weakens
and moves out to sea. High pressure will begin building back
into the region during the latter half of the week.

 TODAY
NE winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt. Seas 11 to
15 ft, subsiding to 10 to 13 ft this afternoon. Wave Detail: E
14 ft at 11 seconds, becoming E 11 ft at 11 seconds. A chance of
rain.
TONIGHT
NE winds 20 to 25 kt, increasing to 25 to 30 kt after
midnight. Seas 9 to 12 ft, subsiding to 8 to 10 ft after
midnight. Wave Detail: E 10 ft at 11 seconds, becoming E 9 ft at
11 seconds. Rain likely. Vsby 1 to 3 NM in the evening.

N winds 25 to 30 kt. Seas 7 to 10 ft. Wave Detail: E 9 ft
at 11 seconds. A chance of rain in the morning, then a chance of
showers in the afternoon.
