with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 3 to 6 ft expected. For the
Gale Warning, west winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt
and seas 4 to 7 ft expected.
* WHERE...Portions of Atlantic coastal waters.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 1 PM this afternoon
to 6 AM EST Tuesday. For the Gale Warning, from 6 AM Tuesday
to midnight EST Tuesday night.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE COASTAL WATERS FROM SANDY HOOK NJ TO FENWICK
ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...
A strong cold front moves offshore this morning as a colder airmass
filters in behind it with high pressure centered near the South
Central US building in through Tuesday. Another cold front crosses
our area later Wednesday. High pressure then starts to arrive later
Thursday and remains nearby through the the weekend.
