LATE TUESDAY NIGHT...
* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, northwest winds 20 to 25 kt
  with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 3 to 5 ft. For the Gale Watch,
  northwest winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 5
  to 8 ft possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Atlantic coastal waters.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 9 AM EST this
  morning. For the Gale Watch, from Tuesday afternoon through
  late Tuesday night.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Mariners should consider altering plans to avoid possible
hazardous conditions.  Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter
course, and/or secure the vessel for severe wind and seas.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE COASTAL WATERS FROM SANDY HOOK NJ TO FENWICK
ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...
High pressure will pass through the region today and offshore
tonight. Low pressure will develop over the Southeast tonight before
tracking northeast towards our area Tuesday into Tuesday night,
bringing widespread precipitation to the area. High pressure and
below normal temperatures return for the middle of the week. Another
cold front will track through the region Thursday night, with high
pressure building back in thereafter. Another system may impact the
region Friday night into the weekend.

4 ft. Wave Detail: N 4 ft at 4 seconds and S 1 foot at 6 seconds.
TONIGHT
NE winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming SE 10 to 15 kt with
gusts up to 20 kt after midnight. Seas 2 to 3 ft. Wave Detail: SE
1 foot at 2 seconds and N 1 foot at 4 seconds. A chance of rain

TUE

evening.
WED
NW winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt, diminishing
to 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 20 kt in the afternoon. Seas 5 to
7 ft, subsiding to 3 to 5 ft in the afternoon. Wave Detail: N
4 ft at 5 seconds and SE 4 ft at 9 seconds, becoming N 3 ft at
