Kindly note, starting December 9, 2025 U.S. Coast Guard will require a new workbook (version 8.0) for all email submissions, NOAD web service submissions, and eNOAD imports. After this date no previous versions will be accepted. The new workbook version 8.0 is attached and will be accepted starting December 9, 2025. Please save the workbook and start using it on that date. DO NOT USE BEFORE DECEMBER 9th, 2025.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE COASTAL WATERS FROM SANDY HOOK NJ TO FENWICK
ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...
A cold front moves through the region early this morning. High
pressure then builds into the region later today before building
overhead tonight, then moving offshore on Tuesday. Low pressure
passes through the region Wednesday, followed by several strong
cold fronts. Arctic high pressure builds into the region for
the end of the week and next weekend.
