Kindly note, starting December 9, 2025 U.S. Coast Guard will require a new workbook (version 8.0) for all email submissions, NOAD web service submissions, and eNOAD imports. After this date no previous versions will be accepted. The new workbook version 8.0 is attached and will be accepted starting December 9, 2025. Please save the workbook and start using it on that date. DO NOT USE BEFORE DECEMBER 9th, 2025.

* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, southwest winds 15 to 25
  kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 3 to 5 ft expected. For the
  Gale Watch, southwest winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt
  and seas 6 to 9 ft possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Atlantic coastal waters.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 6 PM this evening to
  6 AM EST Wednesday. For the Gale Watch, from Wednesday morning
  through Wednesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Mariners should consider altering plans to avoid possible
hazardous conditions.  Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter
course, and/or secure the vessel for severe wind and seas.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE COASTAL WATERS FROM SANDY HOOK NJ TO FENWICK
ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...
The center of arctic high pressure gradually weakens and shifts to
our east today. Low pressure tracks to our north during Wednesday
with its cold front crossing our region Wednesday evening. A cold
front moves through Friday night or Saturday, then low pressure
along it tracks nearby Saturday into Sunday. Arctic high pressure
centered well to our west builds into our region during early next
week.
