Kindly note, starting December 9, 2025 U.S. Coast Guard will require a new workbook (version 8.0) for all email submissions, NOAD web service submissions, and eNOAD imports. After this date no previous versions will be accepted. The new workbook version 8.0 is attached and will be accepted starting December 9, 2025. Please save the workbook and start using it on that date. DO NOT USE BEFORE DECEMBER 9th, 2025.

  20 nm, Coastal waters from Cape May NJ to Cape Henlopen DE out
  20 nm and Coastal waters from Cape Henlopen to Fenwick Island
  DE out 20 nm.
* WHEN...Until 10 PM EST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for hazardous conditions.

ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...
Low pressure tracks to our north during today with its cold front
crossing our region this evening. Another cold front moves through
Friday night, then weak low pressure may develop along it as it
tracks nearby Saturday night into Sunday. Arctic high pressure
centered well to our west builds into our region during early next
week.
