Kindly note, starting December 9, 2025 U.S. Coast Guard will require a new workbook (version 8.0) for all email submissions, NOAD web service submissions, and eNOAD imports. After this date no previous versions will be accepted. The new workbook version 8.0 is attached and will be accepted starting December 9, 2025. Please save the workbook and start using it on that date. DO NOT USE BEFORE DECEMBER 9th, 2025.

* WHAT...West-northwest winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts to around 35
  kt and seas 4 to 6 ft.
* WHERE...Coastal waters from Great Egg Inlet NJ to Fenwick
  Island DE out 20 nm.
* WHEN...Until 6 PM EST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for hazardous conditions.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE COASTAL WATERS FROM SANDY HOOK NJ TO FENWICK
ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...
A cold front has shifted offshore early this morning. High
pressure builds over the Gulf Coast states and Southeast through
Friday before moving offshore Friday night. Several weak
disturbances will pass through the region through Saturday. Low
pressure passes through the region Saturday night through Sunday
morning, then a strong cold front moves through the region on
Sunday. Arctic high pressure builds in from the west for the
start of next week before sagging into the Southeast and Mid-
Atlantic by the middle of next week.
