* WHERE...Portions of Atlantic coastal waters and Delaware Bay
Waters.
* WHEN...Until 6 PM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gale force winds may not begin until
later this afternoon after a cold front moves through.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE COASTAL WATERS FROM SANDY HOOK NJ TO FENWICK
ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...
Low pressure passes north of the area today and drags a cold
front through the region later this afternoon. An upper trough
lies over the Northeast as high pressure builds into the Central
United States. Several week upper level disturbances will pass
through the region later this week, then low pressure may
approach the Mid-Atlantic this weekend.

afternoon, then becoming W 25 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt

2 ft at 11 seconds. A chance of showers late this morning.
