  kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 3 to 6 ft expected. For the
  Freezing Spray Advisory, moderate accumulation of freezing
  spray expected.
* WHERE...Coastal waters from Little Egg Inlet to Great Egg
  Inlet NJ out 20 nm, Coastal waters from Great Egg Inlet to
  Cape May NJ out 20 nm, Coastal waters from Cape May NJ to Cape
  Henlopen DE out 20 nm and Coastal waters from Cape Henlopen to
  Fenwick Island DE out 20 nm.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 4 PM this afternoon
  to 1 PM EST Saturday. For the Freezing Spray Advisory, from 10
  PM this evening to 1 PM EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Operating a vessel in freezing spray is hazardous.
  Freezing spray may render mechanical and electronic components
  inoperative. Ice accretion on decks and superstructures may
  result in some loss of stability. Conditions will be hazardous
  to small craft.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Mariners should prepare for ice accumulation on their vessel and
consider altering plans to avoid or mitigate these hazardous
conditions.
Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE COASTAL WATERS FROM SANDY HOOK NJ TO FENWICK
ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...
A cold front looks to pass through the region Friday night, with
high pressure briefly working its way through the region Saturday.
Low pressure approaches from the south and west Saturday night,
passes just south of the region Sunday night, then departs on
Monday. Arctic high pressure builds in from the north and west for
the first half of the new work week.

TONIGHT
NW winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt. Seas 3 to
5 ft. Wave Detail: N 5 ft at 5 seconds and SE 2 ft at 10 seconds.
Light freezing spray.
SAT
N winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt, diminishing to
10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 20 kt in the afternoon. Seas 3 to

the evening, then snow after midnight. Vsby 1 to 3 NM, decreasing
to 1 NM or less after midnight.

NE winds 20 to 25 kt, becoming E 25 to 30 kt in the
afternoon. Seas 4 to 6 ft, building to 5 to 8 ft in the
afternoon. Wave Detail: NE 6 ft at 6 seconds and NW 1 foot at
3 seconds, becoming E 8 ft at 7 seconds and SE 1 foot at
11 seconds. Snow and rain in the morning, then rain and snow in
the afternoon. Vsby 1 NM or less, increasing to 1 to 3 NM in the
afternoon.
SUN NIGHT
NE winds 20 to 25 kt, becoming N 15 to 20 kt after
midnight. Seas 6 to 8 ft. Wave Detail: E 8 ft at 8 seconds. Rain,
