ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...
Surface high pressure briefly returns for Wednesday and Thursday. A
clipper system will then pass north of the region on Friday with a
strong arctic cold front passing through Friday night. Arctic high
pressure will then be in place for the weekend into early next week.
