ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...
High pressure briefly builds through the region Tuesday. A weak
clipper system will pass through the region Tuesday night through
Wednesday morning. Low pressure impacts the area again Thursday
through Friday. High pressure returns for the weekend.

TONIGHT
SW winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 20 kt, becoming
S 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt after midnight. Seas 3 to
