visibility to less than 1 NM. For the Small Craft Advisory,
west winds 10 to 15 kt and seas 4 to 6 ft.
* WHERE...Portions of Atlantic coastal waters.
* WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 10 AM EST this
morning. For the Small Craft Advisory, until 1 PM EST this
afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low
visibility will make navigation difficult.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
If you must navigate, proceed with caution. Use proper fog
signals. Make sure all running lights are on. Remember to use
your radar and compass.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE COASTAL WATERS FROM SANDY HOOK NJ TO FENWICK
ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...
A warm front will lift closer to our area through tonight, then this
front shifts back south and westward Thursday and Friday. As the
front then meanders near our area through the weekend, several
disturbances will track along it. High pressure off the coast
strengthens early next week with a much warmer air mass
overspreading our area.
