...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO
6 PM EDT THURSDAY...
* WHAT...South to southwest winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30
  kt then becoming northwest and seas 3 to 6 ft expected.
* WHERE...The Atlantic coastal waters of New Jersey and Delaware.
* WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 6 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A wind shift from southerly to
  northwesterly will occur later tonight and early Thursday
  morning with the passage of a strong cold front.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...
A strong cold front crosses our area later tonight and early
Thursday morning. Low pressure tracking to our north will bring
another cold front across our region later Friday. High pressure
briefly builds in for Saturday, then low pressure with a warm front
arrives later Sunday with a strong cold front crossing our area
during Monday.

THROUGH THURSDAY AFTERNOON

 TODAY
S winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 20 kt, increasing
to 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt this afternoon. Seas 2 to
4 ft. Wave Detail: S 3 ft at 5 seconds and SE 2 ft at 8 seconds.
Patchy dense fog late this morning and early afternoon. A slight
chance of showers early this afternoon. Vsby 1 NM or less late
this morning and early afternoon.
TONIGHT
S winds around 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt. Seas 3 to
5 ft. Wave Detail: SE 5 ft at 7 seconds. A chance of showers
after midnight.
THU
W winds 20 to 25 kt, becoming NW 15 to 20 kt in the
afternoon. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Wave Detail: S 5 ft at 7 seconds and
NW 4 ft at 4 seconds. Showers.
THU NIGHT
NW winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 20 kt. Seas
3 to 5 ft, subsiding to 2 to 3 ft after midnight. Wave Detail: NW
3 ft at 4 seconds and SE 3 ft at 8 seconds, becoming SE 3 ft at
8 seconds and NW 2 ft at 4 seconds. Showers likely in the
evening.

SW winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming S 20 to 25 kt with gusts up
