* WHERE...The Atlantic coastal waters of New Jersey and Delaware.
* WHEN...Until 10 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds quickly shift from southwest to
  northwest this morning with the passage of a strong cold front.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE COASTAL WATERS FROM SANDY HOOK NJ TO FENWICK
ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...
A strong cold front will cross the Middle Atlantic region this
morning. Low pressure tracking north of the area will drag another
cold front through the region late Friday through Friday night. High
pressure briefly returns for Saturday. A warm front lifts north
through the region on Sunday, then low pressure passing north of the
area drags a strong cold front through the region Monday. High
pressure returns on Tuesday.

SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT THROUGH THIS EVENING

 TODAY
W winds 15 to 20 kt, becoming NW 20 to 25 kt late this
morning and afternoon. Seas 4 to 5 ft. Wave Detail: S 5 ft at
7 seconds and W 3 ft at 4 seconds. A slight chance of rain early
this morning, then rain late this morning and afternoon. Snow
late.
TONIGHT
NW winds 15 to 20 kt, diminishing to 10 to 15 kt after
midnight. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Wave Detail: N 3 ft at 4 seconds and SE
3 ft at 7 seconds. Rain and snow in the evening.
FRI
SW winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming S 20 to 25 kt with gusts up
to 30 kt in the afternoon. Seas 2 to 3 ft, building to 3 to 5 ft
in the afternoon. Wave Detail: SE 2 ft at 8 seconds and N 1 foot
at 4 seconds, becoming S 4 ft at 5 seconds and NE 1 foot at
4 seconds.
