.SYNOPSIS FOR THE COASTAL WATERS FROM SANDY HOOK NJ TO FENWICK
ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...
High pressure will shift eastward, remaining off the Eastern
Seaboard through mid-week. A cold front will pass through the region
Wednesday into Wednesday night, before lifting back north slightly
and stalling near the region late this week into the weekend, making
for an unsettled pattern.
