MSIB 13-25 PHILADELPHIA TO SEA MAINTENANCE DREDGING
The Captain of the Port, Sector Delaware Bay, is notifying mariners that the Philadelphia to Sea Maintenance Dredging has completed dredging operations in Marcus Hook Range and Marcus Hook Anchorage (No. 7) on the Delaware River. Safety zone one and Safety zone two are hereby cancelled.
Traffic patterns are returned to normal. All restrictions related to dredging operations in Marcus Hook Anchorage (No. 7) have been removed.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE COASTAL WATERS FROM SANDY HOOK NJ TO FENWICK
ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...
A cold front settles to our south today and tonight as high pressure
builds across portions of southeastern Canada and New England. As
low pressure moves up the Ohio Valley and then across the Great
Lakes tonight and Saturday, the front will move northward some as a
warm front. A cold front then moves through Sunday followed by a
stronger cold front Monday night into early Tuesday. High pressure
then builds in later Wednesday before shifting offshore into
Thursday.

then a slight chance of showers late this morning and early
afternoon.
TONIGHT
E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 to 3 ft. Wave Detail: SE
3 ft at 7 seconds and SE 1 foot at 13 seconds. A chance of
showers.

SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 to 3 ft. Wave Detail: SE 3 ft
at 7 seconds and SE 2 ft at 4 seconds. A chance of showers.

S winds 10 to 15 kt. Gusts up to 25 kt after
midnight. Seas 2 to 3 ft, building to 3 to 5 ft after midnight.
Wave Detail: SE 2 ft at 6 seconds and SE 1 foot at 12 seconds,
becoming SE 4 ft at 6 seconds and SE 1 foot at 12 seconds. Patchy
fog. Vsby 1 to 3 NM.
SUN
SW winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt. Seas 4 to
6 ft. Wave Detail: S 5 ft at 6 seconds and W 2 ft at 3 seconds.
Patchy fog in the morning. A chance of showers in the afternoon.

N winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 20 kt. Seas
