MSIB 13-25 PHILADELPHIA TO SEA MAINTENANCE DREDGING
The Captain of the Port, Sector Delaware Bay, is notifying mariners that the Philadelphia to Sea Maintenance Dredging has completed dredging operations in Marcus Hook Range and Marcus Hook Anchorage (No. 7) on the Delaware River. Safety zone one and Safety zone two are hereby cancelled.
Traffic patterns are returned to normal. All restrictions related to dredging operations in Marcus Hook Anchorage (No. 7) have been removed.

TUESDAY EVENING...
 
* WHAT...Northwest winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and
  seas 3 to 6 ft possible.
 
* WHERE...The New Jersey and Delaware Atlantic coastal waters.
 
* WHEN...From Tuesday morning through Tuesday evening.
 
* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
 
Mariners should consider altering plans to avoid possible
hazardous conditions.  Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter
course, and/or secure the vessel for severe wind and seas.

ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...
 
A front remains south and east of our area today as a few weak
areas of low pressure track along it through tonight. A strong
cold front will then cross our area tonight as low pressure
strengthens across New England. High pressure builds in
Wednesday before shifting offshore Wednesday night. Low pressure
then arrives Thursday and Friday before slowly moving away
later Saturday. High pressure should then approach by later
Sunday.
