  20 nm, Coastal waters from Cape May NJ to Cape Henlopen DE out
  20 nm and Coastal waters from Cape Henlopen to Fenwick Island
  DE out 20 nm.
* WHEN...From 2 AM to 4 PM EDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE COASTAL WATERS FROM SANDY HOOK NJ TO FENWICK
ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...
A stalled front over the area keep things unsettled through
today. A strong area of low pressure moves through tonight
bringing heavy rain. A sweeping cold front comes through late
Saturday, kicking the unsettled pattern. High pressure will then
arrive for Sunday and generally persist through Wednesday of
next week, bringing much quieter weather. Another front moves in
on Thursday.

SATURDAY AFTERNOON

S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 to 3 ft. Wave Detail: E 3 ft
at 6 seconds. Patchy dense fog this morning. Patchy fog early
this afternoon, then patchy dense fog late. Showers this morning.
A chance of showers and tstms this afternoon. Vsby 1 NM or less,
increasing to 1 to 3 NM early this afternoon, decreasing to 1 NM
or less.
TONIGHT
S winds 10 to 15 kt, becoming SW 15 to 20 kt after
midnight. Seas 2 to 3 ft. Wave Detail: SE 3 ft at 7 seconds and
NE 1 foot at 5 seconds. Patchy dense fog in the evening. A chance
of tstms. Showers, mainly in the evening. Vsby 1 NM or less.

W winds 20 to 25 kt, becoming SW 15 to 20 kt in the
afternoon. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Wave Detail: W 3 ft at 4 seconds and S
3 ft at 7 seconds. A chance of showers in the morning, then
showers in the afternoon.

W winds around 15 kt with gusts up to 20 kt. Seas
around 3 ft. Wave Detail: S 3 ft at 7 seconds and W 2 ft at
3 seconds. Showers with a chance of tstms in the evening, then a
chance of showers after midnight.
