* WHAT...Dense fog will reduce visibility to 1 NM or less.
* WHERE...In Delaware Bay Waters, Delaware Bay waters north of
  East Point NJ to Slaughter Beach DE and Delaware Bay waters
  south of East Point NJ to Slaughter Beach DE. In Atlantic
  coastal waters, Coastal waters from Great Egg Inlet to Cape
  May NJ out 20 nm, Coastal waters from Cape May NJ to Cape
  Henlopen DE out 20 nm and Coastal waters from Cape Henlopen to
  Fenwick Island DE out 20 nm.
* WHEN...Until noon EDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Low visibility will make navigation difficult.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
If you must navigate, proceed with caution. Use proper fog
signals. Make sure all running lights are on. Remember to use

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE COASTAL WATERS FROM SANDY HOOK NJ TO FENWICK
ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...
A slow moving warm front will gradually lift northward across
the region this morning. Bermuda high pressure sets up offshore
today and Thursday. A regime change occurs towards the end of
the week as a cold front passes through the region Thursday
afternoon and night. High pressure should then generally
dominate for the end of the week through the weekend into early
next week with a building ridge aloft over the east coast
through this period.
