  out 20 nm and Coastal waters from Cape Henlopen to Fenwick
  Island DE out 20 nm.
* WHEN...From 7 AM this morning to 6 AM EDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

A cold front will pass through the region overnight, becoming
stationary over southern Virginia on Monday. High pressure
builds in from the north through the middle to end of next week
as Hurricane Erin passes by well offshore.

NE winds 15 to 20 kt, increasing to 20 to 25 kt with
gusts up to 30 kt late this morning and afternoon. Seas 2 to
4 ft, building to 4 to 6 ft this afternoon. Wave Detail: E 3 ft
at 7 seconds and SE 2 ft at 15 seconds, becoming E 6 ft at
5 seconds and SE 2 ft at 15 seconds. A slight chance of showers
early this morning. A slight chance of showers early this
afternoon, then a chance of showers late.
TONIGHT
E winds around 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt. Seas 5 to
7 ft. Wave Detail: E 6 ft at 7 seconds and SE 3 ft at 13 seconds.
