24 Hours (minimum) - Foreign cargo must have manifest submitted to Customs & Border Patrol AMS. Bond must be filed for foreign flag vessels or U.S. flag arriving with foreign cargo aboard. 24 Hours - advance notice to Pilots

CURRENT EVENTS: 09/11/25 – 1130 PROPELLER CLUB - Julie Musselman @ Members Luncheon - September 11 @ 11:30 am - 1:00 pm Julie Ford Musselman, a native of Savannah, has been serving as the Executive Director of Savannah’s Waterfront since 2019 and the new Savannah’s Waterfront Community Improvement District since its formation in 2023. With three decades of experience in the non-profit sector, she has honed her skills in management, event planning, and creating collaborative partnerships. Julie is an alumna of the University of Georgia and holds a Travel Marketing Professional certification from the Southeast Tourism Society. Her previous roles include a 12-year tenure as the Executive Director of the Georgia Association of Convention and Visitors Bureaus. Additionally, she has been the owner of Hostess City Celebrations, her event planning company, since 2000. Julie’s contributions to the tourism industry have been recognized with the Larry Allen Tourism Leadership Award, presented by Georgia Governor Nathan Deal, and she was named a Meeting Planner to Watch by ConventionSouth Magazine.
